BCBA/BCaBA Supervisor
Position description
Mountainside Behavior Analysis Services, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Supervisor to join our leadership team in the Eastern Panhandle!
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, a passion for mentorship, and a commitment to partnering with families. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight of individualized treatment programs while supporting and developing members of our clinical team.

Inwood, West Virginia / Eastern Panhandle
Hybrid / Two days center-based, two days remote
Qualifications
Current BCBA or BCaBA certification is required.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, and treatment methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience providing supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance is preferred.
Commitment to ethical practice, quality care, and positive outcomes for clients and families.
Duties and responsibilities
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Develop, implement, and monitor ABA interventions.
Review client data and progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans.
Provide clinical supervision and support to an assigned caseload of clients and staff.
Mentor and support RBTs, BCaBAs, BCBA candidates, and BCBAs through supervision and feedback.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical and organizational development.

Position description
Mountainside ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians. In this position, employees provide direct ABA Therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in the clients' homes, in our centers, and in community settings with the families. Behavior Technicians are provided with trainings, ongoing supervision, and professional development. If pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certification, Mountainside ABA provides free supervision. Position description
Mountainside ABA is hiring professionals to join our expanding Birth to Three team. This position places an emphasis on family training and inclusion. In this position, the practitioner will receive ongoing professional collaboration within Mountainside ABA. Practitioners conduct assessments, develop goals and treatment plans, develop plans for family involvement, and provide ongoing family training to reach these goals. Practitioners participate in service team meetings with other service providers related to the child.
